So it's official. Phillips Leadership Coaching is in business! This business was born out of a passion to help others become their best self. Coaching is about finding the answers within. I formed Phillips Leadership Coaching to help professionals in today's uncertain world find the answers needed to thrive in their professional AND personal lives.

As society moves past Covid, people and organizations are trying to figure out what the new world will look like. A Big Shift is coming. How will the Big Shift affect you? Change will challenge leaders and their constituents to challenge old norms and rise to the occasion. Resilient leaders are leaders who will be ready for change. Coaching can take you and your teams to new levels of resiliency, and consequently, success.
