Mario Phillips, ICF ACC Certified Coach

I am a professional certified coach, leader, military veteran, and entrepreneur focused on helping others discover their best self. I do this by coaching with passion and purpose, focused on helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams! People are my passion, and helping people is what led me to create Phillips Leadership Coaching.

As a military officer, business leader, and entrepreneur, I did not get here by myself. I was fortunate to have people in my life to help me become more resilient and learn to be a leader. I faced numerous challenges rising out of an underprivileged public school district. Consequently, I was unprepared when I began college and had to catch up to my peers. I graduated college at 25 and obtained my commission as an Air Force Officer at 26. I  worked hard to become an accomplished military officer until I hit my first roadblock in my military career-- I failed out of flight school and suffered my first setback. Failure taught me a lot. It taught me how to push back and pursue my dreams. Things don't always work out the way you want, but if you persevere you can accomplish things you never thought possible.

I partner with clients and put them first. I provide leadership development consulting focused on helping people and organizations learn to lead from the front and create positive change. My leadership roles across a multitude of industries including business, professional sports, and government, allow me to help a diverse range of clients, centered around leadership development.  This development occurs through one one-on-one coaching, group/team coaching, leadership development workshops, and small group masterminds.
